OECC is one of the first regional firms to fully computerize their operation. An in-house computer center provides services to both the staff and clients. Information System experts specialized in engineering design software ensures that OECC stays on the cutting edge of computer-assisted design technology. They provide training and support in the use of customized design software and maintain the in-house and external networks. They also train the Client's staff in the use of maintenance and management software.

OECC uses a Management Information System (MIS) for-in-house administration and accounting tasks and to coordinate and monitor on-going projects. Sophisticated computer hardware facilities include integrated workstations, digitizers, scanners, and high-resolution plotters are being used by OECC for serving the clients efficiently.
